What this service is NOT

This service is for simple, low acuity concerns that is not intended to replace your primary care provider or emergency care. We do not provide emergency care, complex chronic disease management or conditions requiring in-person evaluation, imaging, procedures or urgent laboratory evaluation. 

If your symptoms suggest that you need in person or emergency evaluation, we'll let yo you know.

We'll review your symptoms, medical history, medications and concerns.

If appropriate, we'll provide treatment recommendations and prescriptions when clinically indicated
