My Story

I’ve spent over a decade working in healthcare, with experience ranging from hospital settings and long-term care to home health, hospice, women's health, mental health and family medicine.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University in 2017 and went on to complete my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier University in 2021.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in some of their most vulnerable moments—but I also began to notice a pattern.

Too often, healthcare felt rushed, reactive, and focused more on managing symptoms than truly helping people heal. Over time, it became clear that there was a gap—a missing piece in how we approach health and wellness.

That realization led me to explore a different path.

I've spent the last five years practicing family medicine. In that time, I’ve pursued advanced training in areas I believe represent the future of medicine, including:

  • Peptide therapy

  • Bioidentical hormone optimization

  • Functional medicine

I’m committed to continuously learning and staying at the forefront of emerging therapies so I can provide the most effective, evidence-informed care possible.

I believe healthcare should be personal, proactive, and focused on helping you truly feel your best—not just “get by.”

My approach is rooted in identifying and addressing the underlying causes of symptoms, rather than masking them. By combining modern medicine with a deeper, more comprehensive perspective, I work with patients to create thoughtful, individualized plans that support long-term health, balance, and vitality.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for helping people.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your health journey—and to have a provider who takes the time to understand the full picture of what’s going on.

If you’re ready for a different kind of healthcare experience—one that’s focused on you—I’d love to work with you.
